Leadership begins
with people.

We believe in people’s potential. Meaningful change begins when ideas, trust and the willingness to act come together.

We are Ateities lyderių centras (Future Leaders Centre), a non-governmental organisation in Kaunas connecting education professionals, teachers, youth workers and partner organisations. Our main focus is Erasmus+ programmes and international cooperation.

With our partners, we develop mobility programmes, experiential learning and professional development opportunities for educators. We share practice, learn from one another and strengthen education communities in Lithuania and across Europe.
